Pet House Sitter in Perth

Pippa is my pet house sitter in Perth

I look forward to being your favourite Pet House Sitter in Perth.

Hi, I am Pippa, I have been a pet house sitter in Perth for Pet Friends since June 2010. I am available to provide pet home care in Mt Lawley  and surrounding North Perth suburbs. Pet home care includes dogwalking, daily home visits and housesitting. More information on these services can be found at http://www.petfriends.net.au/petfriends-service

Experience in caring for a wide variety of  animals makes me a competent pet house sitter in Perth.

I love animals. I have owned dogs ,horses, chickens, fish(non aquarium), cats, budgies, rabbits, kangaroos and Pink and Grey Galas. Animal welfare and the environment have always been passionate interests of mine and I have almost completed my Certificate IV in Vet Nursing at TAFE.

Prior to being a pet house sitter in Perth I gained work experience at Yokine VetWest, Bassendean, Mt. Lawley/Inglewood and Murdoch University Vet Hospitals. I have assisted the vets and nurses in caring for a great variety of pets. This included feeding, cleaning enclosures and dog walking.

Through working fulltime as as a Kennel Hand at Balcatta and Melville Vet Hospitals, I  am also experienced in bathing animals and in administering medications and in intra-venous therapy.

As a pet house sitter in Perth for Pet Friends I have gained invaluable experience in handling pets with special needs, ranging from cats with stress disorders to dogs with aggression or behavioural issues.  I am very observant and concerned with ensuring there is no compromise to an animal’s health or wellbeing.

A good pet house sitter in Perth is one who is enthusiastically involved in caring for animals in every facet of their life.

Through my volunteer work with WA Conservation of Raptors for 6 months in 2006, I have gained extensive experience in caring for a wide variety of birds including eagles, falcons and owls.

Further volunteer work with Native Arc Rehabilitation Centre in 2009 increased my knowledge and skills in caring for birds and reptiles, including hand-feeding, administering medications and providing clean and stimulating environments.

If you are looking for a pet house sitter in Perth and live in the suburbs of Mt Lawley, Menora, Inglewood, East Perth, Maylands, North Perth, Highgate or surrounding suburbs I am really looking forward to meeting you and your pets.
